Those reasons, however, are NOT the main reason you should trust your vehicle repairs to us.
The main reason is that we are a family owned business, and small enough to care for a customer as a person, not as a job or as a profit. We depend on your satisfaction to keep growing! We come from very humble origins, and if there’s something we’ve learned, it’s that you earn customer trust not with marketing gimmicks, discounts to the insurance companies in order to get the volume so you can make a profit, but through customer satisfaction.
We will appraise the damage to your vehicle and negotiate with the insurance representative a fair amount to cover your repairs; we will go beyond the insurance estimate allowances until we are satisfied with the final product, because if we are satisfied with the final product, YOU WILL BE SATISFIED!
